Quotes and Payment
Quotes are based on the property condition, size, access, and agreed scope. A final price is not fixed until the relevant details are reviewed. Where a deposit is requested for a project, the amount and payment terms will be confirmed in advance.

Appointments and Access
Appointments are arranged by prior confirmation and may depend on availability, access, and the condition of the property. Standard cleaning supplies may be included, and any agreed checklist or preferred time slot will be treated as part of the confirmed scope only if stated in writing.
